Submit Tax Documents

You will need:

  • Tax Information such as Forms W-2, 1099, 1098, 1095.
  • Social security cards or ITIN letters for all persons on your tax return.
  • Picture ID (such as valid driver’s license) for you and your spouse.

Instructions:

Please complete the below sections of the client intake form. Please include all of the required documentation noted and upload the information on Section 1 – Intake. Once the information has been received, someone will contact you within 24-48 hours. If you have submitted the information on a weekend or holiday, it will be the following business day before you are contacted by one of our Tax Professionals. When filling out the Tax Document Submission, you will have the option to upload any additional required documents in Section 1. If you are Self-Employed or a Sole Proprietor, you will have the option to upload your Schedule C Affidavit in Section 8. Should you need to attach a Schedule A Affidavit, you will have the option to upload it in Section 8 as well.
